Litter robot buttons not working.
Hi all, I've been trying to troubleshoot my litter robot 3 for a while and the agent is always offline on the app so I can't get any help on fixing it. My red light for cat timing does not come on and it will not cycle unless I press the button. I replaced the DFI sensors a few month back but I don't think that's the problem.

Litter-Robot 3 Connect So we got a Litter-Robot-3 Connect two days ago, and yesterday the globe stopped cycling after the first cycle when I put litter in (I manually cycled it to see what it would look like).Locate the cat presence sensor under its protective cover, between the two glide buttons. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the single screw, then remove the protective cover. Carefully lift the circuit board: Gently push up from underneath the board and disconnect the wire connector from the board. Set the old board aside.
