Assassin kha has one advantage in that it has a better earlygame which means that in a snowball situation you may find more kills with early dirks.

To me, bruiser kha just doesn't seem to be that strong anymore. I feel other bruisers just do everything better, their base stats have more resistance/hp scaling, they have more cc, they're more useful dealing damage to groups, etc. For example, say you went with a bruiser build and came across a camille in the jungle alone.

Conqueror in the paper looks better for kha’zix on season 11 than the current rune. New duskblade has some anti-synergies with kha’zix, plus the big downfall to the damage output (as you can not longer proc it once per ult cast).
